Ordered a front end kit and they sent two left side cow bells. When I called and tried to get them to overnight the right side the manager said he wouldn’t do that. He said I could send back one of the left sides and once received he would send the correct right side. So even though they screwed up the order they didn’t want to do the right thing and get me the part they neglected to send in a timely manner. this company sold me the wrong exhaust for my bike which they admitted was their fault then strung me along for 2 months telling me that bassani was looking into the problem. finally got them to agree to give me the right exhaust and now i guess i have to play the waiting game...currently 2 weeks into waiting for my replacement. this company and its online services are complete trash

ordered crash bar, front flush mount axle, front forks and cans all gloss black. well first of all took 2 week longer then they said. Then they shipped it all but the cans and legs. And there was absolutely no way they'd made a mistake at least that's what I was told. I was sent some still pics of the shop packing but in all they didn't provide any evidence as to what happened to my parts. Purchased an S&S 510C Cam Kit recently, and Eastern Performance Cycles was outstanding!!! They followed up twice after I ordered even though it was on a weekend and even verified the model and year of my bike to avoid any mistakes, and I received the item in two days!!! I highly recommend them and my experience with them was one of the best I have ever had!!!! Thanks, guys!!!
Bought a set of headlight rings from Eastern online. They arrived quickly and well packaged, but I found one of the trim rings was damaged, likely from the factory. Sent pics and had a replacement in a couple days. Top notch customer service and I highly recommend these guys! Thanks!
I ordered the Wood TW222 cam set, installation kit, push rods and lifters from Eastern Performance’s eBay sight. Quick shipping, even at the holidays. Due to work, I never got the parts installed until after the 30 day return policy. One of the lifers ended up being bad and would bleed down after coming to temperature. I contacted Heather simply for advice of what to do. She did all the legwork if contacting Wood Performance and getting said lifter replaces under manufacture warranty. i placed my order with Derrick yesterday and today i got a message from ups today saying my package was delivered. I read the tracking # and it was from eastern performance. I sware i don't know how yall got my stuff to me that dam fast but yall have a loyal customer here from Detroit,MI!!!!!!!
