I will not support this company anymore. I have been a customer and they have worked on my previous bikes. however this past Saturday I visited the store looking for slip ons for my ultra. While in the store they radio station that they were listening to was offensive to the black community. I was the only black person in the store. The guys behind the counter comments was not appropriate. When they saw me they turned radio off. No one apologize. I will never visit the store again.
I recently purchased a complete Rinehart Exhaust system from Eastern. Derek, the customer service rep, went above and beyond in making sure I had the right parts at the right price! Hands down the best service anywhere! And great prices! They have won all my business going forward!
