I went to Eastern today for my first time. I had a pricey order. The sales staff was all friendly Dave was my sales guy and was very helpful. They had all but one wheel in stock that they ordered and should be here in a couple days. They will be installing all the parts on my bike. I'm sure I will be as pleased as I was with my first experience with Eastern.
I was in the shop for the first time yesterday. I had a list of things I needed for a handlebar change out, but also needed some suggestions and of course nothing is ever as simple as expected. RACHEL and ROB are awesome!!!! Rachel took the lead and spent a good hour+ with me. She knew exactly what I wanted and told me the best way to do it, and then some.
