They do not keep the appt times-every trip in takes hours! And, they have you fill out the same medical paperwork and questionnaires on every single visit. When you check in, no one makes eye contact, and most of the receptionists act as if you don’t exist. I am currently looking for a new dentist-the lack of respect for a patient’s time is unacceptable.

They tell you to call 2 months in advance from the time your 6 mo. cleaning is due. I put it on my calendar every time to make the call. Nevertheless every single time there is an issue with scheduling and then they tell you to call back. When I call back, they say I will have to wait another 2 mos. because the schedule is filled up. I went to Eastern dental for the first time today and I have to say they did a great job. They were very professional and polite. The staff had all seemed to get along great creating an awesome family like environment.
***PUBLIC-SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT to Eastern Dental Employees... U guys are Litter Bugs. People,who live behind The Eastern Dental Office walk in the parking lot and don't want to come across used and worn gloves and masks just lying on the floor. Disgusting workers who treat patience horrible!!! They deserve to be shut down!
The worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Long waits in the waiting room. Front desk staff rude especially the male attendant. I asked to speak to the manager and she was just as rude and unprofessional. They do not return emergency calls. I was told by the male attendant that they had no time to call me back because they were short staffed. I was given one price for a crown but on the appointment day he gave a different price.
