Dentist and dental staff are great, but the office staff is just terrible, and we will be switching as soon as our insurance permits us to do so. Nearly every member of the office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, especially the office manager. It's a like a factory there. They do not care to make any accommodations or about keeping your business. I even called the corporate number and the customer service representative was great; it's just a shame the office staff make the experience unbearable.
