This place has literally made me consider taking my own life, dramatic? Imagine being in constant pain for MONTHS and the only people who can help are outright refusing to help.
RecommendedSally, Julianna and Brittany made my experience much better than it had to be, and it was greatly appreciated because going to the dentist makes me so anxious and they put me at so much ease.
I had a terrible experience with the ladies that answer the phone and the manager Lisa. They were rude, kept me on hold for 30 minutes and lied stating they would get back to me. I actually changed my dental plan so I wouldn’t ever have to deal with them again. NEVER had such a terrible experience before. If your plan will allow....go somewhere else. Anywhere is better than this office.
Horrible service and unprofessional, It depends on your insurance if you get a fast appointment or even get called at your appointment time. Would not recommend to anyone.
The staff here is totally rude, and they stand by it apparently. I have an obvious cavity that needs to be filled but eastern dental claims they saw nothing. I even had another dentist send them photographic evidence that the cavity exists however the receptionist said they didn't see anything and stand by that opinion. I am left to conclude that eastern dental is a bunch of liars and can't own up to their mistakes. These people are a bunch of thieves. They bill the the full amount and then turn around and bill your insurance. They then keep the difference as a "credit balance" that they might or might not tell you about or use on subsequent visits. My son and I recently demanded to see our accounts and they ended up owing us over $600. SHAMEFUL!!!! My advice, watch your balance and look for another dentist.
The BEST!!!!! I broke a front tooth and called Eastern Dental in a panic. They told me to come right in. The office staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am so thankful for the excellent care and I think I'm over my fear of dentists. Thanks to Eastern and Dr Schwarz...
Worst dental facility...they didn't give enough Nova Cain to pull a tooth...they say make another appointment for the gas...oh wait...now they wont...we're sorry your son is uncooperative....really...he let the needle in his gum without a problem....you didn't do your job...he's deemed uncooperative because he didn't want it a second time...HE'S 7...your facility sickens me and I will do everything I need to
