Just had the best experience getting my cleaning done by Chris the new hygienist. Very sweet and funny guy. I usually like getting my cleanings done by Sally she’s amazing as well! The dentist is also very nice and all the front desk staff as well I highly recommend coming here. Hope to see Chris at my next cleaning!
They are very flexible and always accommodate me and my kids needs especially scheduling and emergency appointments (which I have been experiencing recently).. Staff are nice and friendly..
The office staff is unprofessional. Unfortunately, it is allowed and unsolved. You can see by previous reviews that it is an ongoing problem. Find another provider.
The entire office...from the front desk, to the xray tech, to the hygienist, and finally the dentist, were incredibly kind and professional and made me feel at ease. I'd recommend Eastern Dental to anyone and everyone.
Staff was extremely unprofessional. While in midst of a pandemic, they were asking family members to leave which is definitely acceptable. HOWEVER, the girl at the front desk was wearing her mask 30 percent of the time, the man next to her had the mask on half of his face and the man in the back with patients and grabbing charts. NO MASK! I would not return to this office. Staff was childish and rude to customers
They tell you to call 2 months in advance from the time your 6 mo. cleaning is due. I put it on my calendar every time to make the call. Nevertheless every single time there is an issue with scheduling and then they tell you to call back. When I call back, they say I will have to wait another 2 mos. because the schedule is filled up. Been going here for a very long time and have received superb treatment everytime. All the dentist are great and the dental hygienist are excellent.
