RecommendedJust had the best experience getting my cleaning done by Chris the new hygienist. Very sweet and funny guy. I usually like getting my cleanings done by Sally she’s amazing as well! The dentist is also very nice and all the front desk staff as well I highly recommend coming here. Hope to see Chris at my next cleaning!
They have not returned one phone call since February 2020. They have no manager. Corporate was no help. It's time to contact legal counsel.

way too much wait time , over two hours to get two x-rays and then have the dentist tell me I'd have to make another appointment even though I was in severe pain. They will not write a script for anything stronger than ibuprofen no matter how much pain you are in , ibuprofen didn't even take the edge off of my pain and that's all they gave me even when I informed them I couldn't eat or sleep and still had to wait 10 more days for the infection to reduce before they could extract the tooth , real caring professionals , NOT !
This dental office has unprofessional and rude customer service. Karen, the office manager, was extremely disrespectful towards my son and I and proceeded to tell me that since they are a public dental office (not sure what she meant by that, since they are a privately held corporation) I should wait and be quiet. Another lady that works there, Robin, told me that since I am not happy with their services, I should go find another dentist. I have never come across such ill-mannered and impolite staff. Shame on you!
RecommendedThey are very flexible and always accommodate me and my kids needs especially scheduling and emergency appointments (which I have been experiencing recently).. Staff are nice and friendly..
The office staff is unprofessional. Unfortunately, it is allowed and unsolved. You can see by previous reviews that it is an ongoing problem. Find another provider.
Terrible service always canceling your appointments on you. Office management terrible.... been this way for a long time now
