RecommendedEmergency visit today . Dr Cisar was great I made him a little nervous when I cried but he calmed me down and gave me options. The hygienist Julie was so sweet. She took her time and explained ever step she was doing. I have a bunch of work to hav done but this is a great start. Thanks for dealing with my panic for the dentist
They have canceled my appointment 2 weeks in a row. Will the oral surgeon ever show up there? Change your provider if you can I certainly am trying this place is a joke!!!!
Never experienced such incompetence. I don’t know if it’s new hires but how hard is it to get a referral? VERY if this is your primary dentist. Find anyone else!

After waiting 90 minutes, I decided to leave. My husband stayed, after he waited another 30 minutes he finally decided to leave. Poor service and no apologizes for such inconvenience. To bad, we liked the Dentist too..
They are great. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but when I went to eastern dental they are very gentle and kind with me since I’m very scared at the dentist they are very patient with you too
I’m in so much pain and they couldn’t get me in since Friday, today is Monday. Then I go at 2:15 for an “ emergency “ and I wait three hours! Then they tell me they can’t see what’s causing my front teeth and gums to throb so have a good day. Crying pacing in pain I asked him to numb it at least. The dentist said yes then came back to give me a kids numbing spray and then when I said it didn’t help he replies “ I didn’t think it would” no compassion at all from the time you walk in till you leave.
Just switched here and I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews I have seen but the two times I’ve gone with my kids everyone we have countered has been absolutely amazing! Extremely professional and personable and have gone above and beyond to make my kids at ease. There was a little bit of a wait but I have never been to any type of medical office where there hasn’t been! I wanted to write a review because I think sometimes we are only motivated to do so when we want to complain!
