If your office is closed your website should reflect that. Called a week in advance to schedule an appointment and was told to call back the day of and schedule an emergency appointment. The answering service had conflicting information regarding if the office was open or not, and the emergency service is a joke. Bad taste in my mouth before I even walked through the doors. Will be calling Aetna to assign me to a different dentist ASAP.
Absolutely HORRIBLE! First, the wait is ridiculous. Second, staff is very unprofessional. Third, I had an appt for extraction which they called and cancelled morning of bc it was scheduled incorrectly. I had to wait over a month for new appt which they scheduled incorrectly AGAIN! Now I would have to wait another month for a new appt. I will never go back there!!!!
this place is the absolute worst!!!! EVERY TIME I COME HERE, THERE’S A PROBLEM!!! the front staff acts like nothing is wrong and ignore you when I inquire about how i’ve been waiting for over an hour to get called in!! the so-called office manager argued and started to yell at me, telling me i’m lying when I repeated what the dentist said time during my exam! when I said I was there, you were not, she still insisted I was lying!
Looks like I'm another person writing a review about the TERRIBLE customer service at Eastern Dental of Toms River. The receptionist who I just spoke to literally 5 minutes ago was the rudest most ignorant person imaginable. I don't see how anyone could employ such a nasty woman. She was not helpful at all and rather than try to assist me with my child's needs she dismissed me completely and was extremely sarcastic. I just spent 8 minutes on hold waiting to make an appointment. Wound up hanging up. This is not unusual with this office. It's the McDonalds of dentistry. With your fancy prices you should hire more help. Unacceptable.
This Dental office is the worst!! The staff and Doctor where holding a adult content conversation while my son sitting in the chair. Very unprofessional practice. After that last incident which were many prior we decided to move on to brighter Smiles in Sea Girt�
This is sad I was with a friend that came in for a apiontment..and thought let me see if they take my insurance well they do I filled it all the papper work and the lady at the front desk gose it will be a few 1 hour later I'm still waiting so you can say lady at the front you can throw my papper work out I'll be going somewhere else ..this place in horrable..
