I absolutely love this bank. The people are AMAZING. They greet me by name, they talk to me about things going on. They are personable. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of by a bank. No problems and I've been with them about a year. They are always willing to answer questions I have. I am so glad I switched from a local credit union. It was the best decision I've made.
They cater to criminals and let them get away with criminal activity because it does not cost them anything to do so. So if you're looking to file fraudulent forms to screw other people over this is the bank for you!
My sister had transactions taken out 2 or 3 times in a row. It was their mistake. They have refused to return the money. This happened in July, she has now gone to a credit union.
