If they just would of said we will find your transaction, instead of saying nope we didnt receive your money. Your bank is wrong we haven't received it. And then calling the next day and saying we have it, we received it 5 days ago. Bad customer service.

I decided to use this bank for a loan vs. my normal credit union due to the term it offered. When they set up my loan payment date via the dealer I did not like the day it was due. I was told I could call the bank to adjust. I was just asking for it to be moved back 4 days so it would sync with my payroll or to move it in. They were unable move the date up or out. I normally bank a lot via my credit union and they are way more flexible to set up the payments that work best for you. The only way to fix this is to finance some... read more
