Amy does a very good job. She is very personable, professional, and caring. She is definitely an asset to any business that she works for. The entire staff at East Wichita Dentist should be proud of themselves. They touch my heart every visit.
My first visit - and everyone was very nice. Staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. Dr. Koepsel was also very nice, listened attentively, provided information about my teeth and my options for various services. Highly recommend this office!!
I love Tiffany and Joyce! They have the BEST customer service and they make going to the Dentist a wonderful experience! They were so good with my grandbaby and I will never go anywhere else!

Just had my 6 month checkup/cleaning. Great staff as always. The rate of employee turnover says a lot about a business. East Wichita Dentist has some employees that have been with them about as long as I have been going to them. That is about 40 years. Everyone from Dr. Koepsel, Dr. Pargmanhas, Sandy, Joyce and Tiffany have time to visit and make you feel comfortable. All are very competent in their duties.
