My first visit to EWD was excellent! Everyone was kind and cheerful, Dr. Koepsel answered all my questions and gave esoteric insights that really set my mind at ease. The East Wichita Dental office is my new dental provider.
Just finished getting a cleaning and x rays. Service was as expected and up to the highest standards. You can tell a lot about a business by the longevity of the employees. It is always good to see so many of the same happy, smiling faces there throughout the years I have attended. I believe I am now around 40 years.
I have always had a fear and hesitation with dentists due to so many terrible experiences through the past. This office and the staff are absolutely INCREDIBLE. Everyone from the front desk, treatment coordinator, assistants, and doctors are the most kind, gentle, and understanding humans I have had the pleasure of coming across. My husband and I dropped in to ask a few questions about insurance and got exams that same day. My Hygienist, Adrian, was very gentle and explained each procedure that she preformed. Dr.Koepsel was funny and at ease, taking time to make us comfortable and relaxed. We were very impressed with the service and in depth treatment of our first visit. The whole staff are fantastic. I have been to Dr. Pargman three times now. My teeth are bad sue to lack of going to the dentist due to my extreme fear. Dr. Pargman is so kind, understanding and patient. Her staff made me feel welcomed and they are so warm and inviting. I don't even have bad anxiety attacks going there. I think I have found my forever dentist!
It is always good to see Dr. Pargman and get her input concerning my teeth, also reassuring to have a another positive dental hygienist experience with a different person, Tiffany. Everyone in this office is friendly, professional and helpful.
I was given all the information for my needs with the most affordable options. Everyone was so friendly felt like I was a long lost friend or relative. It was like being in the home of family or a friend. I will definitely recommend
