Having lost previous dentist after 23 years, I am so pleased with my decision to join EWD. I found his entire staff to be friendly and professional. No pressure and answered all my questions. Dr K took the time to introduce himself and his outlook in patient care to me.

Very Impressed!! Such a great experience (even though I had a root canal). Office was very clean and the staff was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Koepsel, Patricia, and staff really care about their patients!!
The team at EWD is always friendly and goes out of their way to make sure the patient is happy and comfortable. Dr. Koepsel and his assistant(Roxy I think?) are totally in sync when working on a tooth. It really puts you at ease to have such a great duo working on you. Dr. Koepsel even called in the evening to ensure I was doing okay after getting 2 fillings done. He's called me every time I've had work done. My hygienist is amazing too. So gentle with a great demeanor. She even remembered our conversation from 6 months ago.... read more
