Positively surprised I had an over due teeth cleaning. The tech was very respectful and sensitive to my needs. Dr. Koepsel was considerate and talked to me in a manner I understood. He was also respectful of the assistant. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists, so am reluctant to go. I definitely recommend this office
Gum disease improved!! I truly enjoyed my last appointment. Something I would have never said years ago. My gums don't hurt anymore thanks to the skilled staff and doctor. My gums and teeth have shown great improvement over the last 8 months. The friendly staff makes me feel like family. I especially want to thank Tiffany who works with me on a regular basis. Thanks to Michelle and Dr. Koepsel for bringing my smile back to me with my new veneer and thanks to Laura, Sandy and Joyce who work to get the most out of my insurance... read more

I appreciate East Wichita Dentist, soooo much!! Dr Koepsel is such a caring, compassionate and gentle dentist. His concern for his patients is his #1 priority. I’ve never known of a dentist who would personally call to ensure your visit went well and to see if you are ok. He monitors my medications and health history religiously. It is obvious the entire staff is happy! I always see smiles and am treated like a friend. Everyone is professional and most pleasant! I’m lucky I found them, and recommend them highly!
