By golly, they not only washed the exterior of my 2017 MKZ hybrid, but gave it a good vac inside, which it really needed (was about to do it anyway, though). I guess you could call this maintenance plus!
I was there for 4 hours and had a scheduled appt for an oil change and light bulb replacement. Totally threw my entire day off and staff wasn't apologetic what so ever and didn't communicate any delays.
I am extremely pleased with the customer service i receive from Mike Turner. Whether I call with an issue or bring the car in, he is ALWAYS professional, on-point, and concerned. When I have dropped the car off at night for next-day service, he has called to keep me updated on whatever repair is needed. When I have brought the car in an hour before closing, he/the mechanics fixed the problem and never appeared irritated! MIke is the exception - not the rule!
I had lost my wheel lock and Service Manager, Mike was very helpful in getting it replaced. He also provided me a loaner car while cruise control was being fixed. Top flight service for reals!
Service was excellent, service manager was very professional, pleasant & efficient. Kept me informed about everything that was being done. Excellent customer service and the auto is running like new!!
