I’m kind of on the fence about east west. On one hand they are very friendly and for the most part professional but i had a very underwhelming experience last time i visited there. I have a 2008 Lincoln MKZ and recently my car started having trouble when i went to pump gas. Every time i went to a gas station the pump would shut off as if my tank was full even when it was completely empty. Great team! Honest, friendly, and smart.
I like having a loner car while my car is being worked on. I was given a new Lincoln as a loner. I couldn’t figure out how to start the car. It was a lot of things I didn’t understand how to operate on the car but fell in love with it. My family did too
