Clean, comfortable waiting area; responsive service team kept me informed every step of the way; vehicle was vacuumed and washed after service was completed; and who doesn’t love free doughnuts? 😊

I will never buy a car from anyone but East West Lincoln and my salesman Nathan Gray.
Service was excellent. I was first in and first out and the car is running like a top. Signed my paperwork and got in my clean car to head out for the day.
As far as servicing, repairs and loaner cars are concerned they are the best. I can recommend them to anyone i know. keep it up.
The/My Service Rep Mr. Mike Turner always hooks me up.he keeps me abreast of progress of the repairs. QUITE happy with his service! Of course, Mr Cowell upstairs is my man when I am ready for my fifth Lincoln.
Mr. Gray is an excellent sales rep, he assured me that he would search and get the vehicle that I wanted. The vehicle that I wanted I did not see on the lot, however, Nate Gray located the Lincoln Continental and ordered it. He told me how long it would take to arrive and it came at the time he told me. I am very satisfied with this vehicle and the process it took to received it and now I am a very satisfied customer. Please recognized Mr.Gray for his services that he provides for East West Lincoln.
