I recently had no hot water so I called the office and reported it and maintenance was out within two hours to repair it. I have a newborn at home so I was glad to get it resolved quickly.
RecommendedI was relocating to SoCal for school and came across one of East Valley's rentals that I was interested in. They were able to work with me even though I was out of the area and helped me secure a home before school started. I'm new at this and had a lot of questions and they were always kind and patient with me and happy to help.
