PLEASE do NOT call me anymore. I left your practice due to the HORRIBLY rude and unprofessional staff. I transferred my records and followed Dr. Finley and yet....you call me and try to trick me into setting up an appointment?? Like I am not aware she is no longer a physician with your group?? Everyone there should be beyond embarrassed and I am sure there is a law being broken by luring patients into a practice to see a physician that is no longer in practice there. do not use these people they are worthless, do not answer the phone, poor office manner, physician do not seem to care only to order testing. They keep you on hold for 30 minutes. No way to contact them.
Worst group always wait 2 hours past appt time. Had technician perform pft that she was Never trained on. Not only was the test negligent & way off but the ANP didn't even care that it said I needed assistance! Yep an asst, nurse practitioner(can't even get a Dr or NP even)same ANP suggested some crazy neck cage surgery for tingling/carpal tunnel on left side & her medical assist. was unprofessinal, nosey & lost paperwork I brought from a surgeon. Very disappointing. No one ever returns a call. My roommates wife is a nurse and said I was lucky to have survived the week of crap I went through, after visiting this place. Do not go to this facility.
