This place is absolutely horrible. The office person Ovan Tsanglao answered my text twice with another patients information. Then the woman (she said she was a dr on the phone) prescribed me medication for Herpes and seizures of which I have none of these symptoms. I am looking to find where I file a compliant against the medical board or at least let the people know who own this company.
Went to the two best drs they had there. Nathan Brooks and Mark Hansen. Both of them left the practice. I have been in the process of figuring out what autoimmune health issue I have and these two were so proactive. No way to even get ahold of anyone in the office. Just spent 46 minutes on hold. Thankfully I was able to go back to my old primary from years ago.

If you call this place don’t expect to talk to anyone. Horrible continuity of care. Dr. Gold has, by far, the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen. I met him today and that was enough for me. Also the building smells like piss. Real classy.

Forget try calling. At least 30 min hold time no matter when you call. I called to get a referral and the nurse said call me back in the morning and I'll let you know. Well course no call back and when I called her she said oh I'm sorry I forgot all about it. The office could use a really good cleaning or painting, it's disgusting. If anyone knows a good doctor in the East Valley please let me know cuz I need to change from this primary care physician
Horrible customer service. No follow through. The answering service has no clue what is going on in the doctors office. They are disrespectful and just dont care!
