It has taken me a few days to write this. I want to say thank you here to Dr Franklin and the wonderful staff that took care of our family member, Tucker, over the past few weeks. Discovering that our 4 1/2 year old Golden Retriever had a malignant tumor was heartbreaking for our family. I was so grateful for the compassion we received as we made several difficult decisions. Let me say this is the most professional and caring veterinarian hospital that I've ever had to deal with. They advised us of all the best and worst scenarios, answered every question and was there with us through it all. Our situation unfortunately came with a loss but if I personally was a pet I would indeed want my loved one to choose East University Veterinary Hospital.
When I take my pets to East University Veterinary Hospital I have absolutely no doubts that they are being taken care of. Dr. Pete Marine is awesome. I haven't seen Dr. Franklin yet, but I hear the he is fantastic. Kristen has also been there since I started using them. She is really sweet and helpful. The entire staff are friendly and caring.
