Dr. Schuchmann and Dr. Willard are great at what they do, they care, they have heart and are extremely knowledgeable. The only down side for me, it's the receptionist. I think Becky is her name, every time I have had a conversation with her, she has been overly rude and standoffish. I just really don't understand it to be honest. Dr. Schuchmann and Dr. Willard are really great, reception, sadly, not so much. Edit: Additionally, charging $25.00 to sign return to work paperwork is absolutely ridiculous.

I have seen both Dr. Willard and Dr. Schuchmann in the hospital and in their office. They are both very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Office wait time is not long but every now and then someone with an issue more serious than me may require more time but this does not happen often. I had heard rumors about Dr. S’s bedside manner but I evidently meet a different man. I say this because he has always been kind, straight forward and professional with me.
