Slow slow slow. If there is an insurance issue you contact the insurance office! You don't tell the client there is a problem they have too fix. If you're running the information three times in five minutes and think its gonna change you are the Id10t issue, idiot if your unable to figure it out. Learn your job! Very unhappy. Oh after I questioned who's paying the bill they figured it out and called them and learned it was an error! You guys all suck due to one persons ID10t issue.
