Everyone was courteous and professional. We broke down while traveling, and pulled in late Monday. Jim Sadowski, the service manager, worked us into the next morning's schedule. After telling him that we plan to sell our vehicle when we get home, Jim and Sean (mechanic) helped us to get back on the road with just the necessary repairs., and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service or repairs. Our salesmen Nick Hill did a wonderful job. He was no only a wealth of information but was also willing to come in on his day off as it was the only time we could come into town. Actually, my 2012 Ford Focus was taken to East TN . They took my car on time and did the what was in a very reasonable time. Every one was very courteous and efficient. Would recommend them.
