I came to the dealership with my 3 kids, ages 6 and under, to get my oil changed. Everyone was so kind and helpful and one gentleman, I never got his name, brought the kids balloons and even sent them home with some balloon crafts for later. It can be very stressful for a mom to load her 3 kids to the dealership but this trip was not that at all thanks to the kind workers. Very friendly and very helpful. Which is why I will continue to do business with East Tn Dodge!! Thanks!!
Had a recall on side airbags and a repair on cruise control. They fixed the cruise control .
Brought my Ram 2500 in for 3 safety recall repairs. Was told it would take 1.5 hours and it actually took about 15 min less than that. I waited in a comfortable waiting area while my truck was fixed.
