George informed us of all aspects of the visit, what was done on our Jeep Compass and what was recommended for near future. The service department has the customers safety in mind. We enjoyed the beautiful day by waiting outside, we were even given a bottle of water each from an associate in the showroom. We had walked over to Walmart and were parched when we came back.
