Abysmal experience. Not only did they have a 2 hour wait, the neurosurgeon didn't see me, but her PA told me the MRI read from my radiologist was wrong, that all of my 6 year chronic complaints meant nothing, and no they would do nothing for my problem. Excuse me, not only is my left hemisphere flattened, my cerebellum is half the size of a normal one. I'm pretty sure as a registered nurse I can interpret NON STOP chronic symptoms pretty efficiently.

After the procedure I was checked to ensure I was not experiencing any pain, light headed or anything that would cause harm. I was given a pain chart to record my condition over the following week, this to assist my doctor in helping me get back to life.... read more

I go to both offices, and it depends on what is being done as to which office I go to. The staff at BOTH offices, from the receptionists who check you in to the ones who check you out, are exceptional. This group have been treating me since 2005, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors, PAs, and NPs all stay very busy, so be prepared to wait if you aren't called back immediately. With all the different issues they see, you may not walk straight back to an exam room. The level of care and attention that each case gets is... read more
