My first procedure today 10/31/16, a cervical injection to help stop my pain due to a ruptured disc at my c7/t1. The staff was top notch, explaining the procedure pre, during and after. The doctor ensured my comfort and expectations of what was happening during my procedure. After the procedure I was checked to ensure I was not experiencing any pain, light headed or anything that would cause harm. I had my surgery with Dr.Wiles and just had an epidural and I love this place, they are so friendly and efficient they get you in and out in no time at all.
I go to both offices, and it depends on what is being done as to which office I go to. The staff at BOTH offices, from the receptionists who check you in to the ones who check you out, are exceptional. This group have been treating me since 2005, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors, PAs, and NPs all stay very busy, so be prepared to wait if you aren't called back immediately. With all the different issues they see, you may not walk straight back to an exam room.
