The nurses and techs barely do their job. there are some good ones but there are a lot who sit on their phone and make you wait to get the care you need. quite a few nurses slack and dont follow the schedule very well, they dont handle episodes and many are a bit condescending. when someone got admitted they said "oh, so you're a cutter?" about their scars. they didnt saline spray or wrap my multiple cuts and burns until after they were finished healing. some times, people would be crying in the hallway and theyd basically j... read more

Emotionally abusive staff. I went back to give them a second chance. During the second intake process (went in voluntarily), I was treated terribly. The intake nurse would look me up and down and disrespected me in passive aggressive ways. She would scoff and roll her eyes when I would talk about my traumatic experiences. I was there the other day with you all getting an assessment about doing partial hospitalization and I almost ended up going inpatient. That scared the crap out of me. If I'm voluntarily going to you all for help, I shouldn't be surprised like that. I wasn't going there to be inpatient; I went there for the partial hospitalization program.
I was in patient here in October and November. The facility is nice and clean. The staff is exceptional from physician down to the cleaning staff care about the clients here. Coming to a place like this is never easy, but you will be in good hands if you come here.
