Their customer service is great and very professional. They are always available to book an appointment and answer questions and concerns. The quality of the experience was great, they did a great job making sure everything was cleaned and tidy. The reliability in terms of timeliness and performance was great. If you want a world class clean do not hesitate and give them a call.
The Maids of East Orlando are a very dedicated team, that always show up on time. They do a spotless job and I am very happy with their service. Very good team members that we look forward to see every time.

They are way overpriced. I was charged $250 for the first monthly cleaning. Then the second appointment, they were over two hours late which never call or reach out to me. Then notice later, they charge me $200 for the second monthly service. I was quoted $135 a month for the monthly cleaning after a $250 for the first month where it never happen. Poor communication! They don't commit to there price agreement. Make sure you get everything in writing and not verbal through the phone. BE AWARE!
