OMG! My experience yesterday at East Oak Dental was impeccable! I felt welcomed, respected and at ease from the time I walked through their doors! The receptionist was awesome! Meagan and Dr. Moore are Angels! The passion for what they do came shining through from the moment they introduced themselves to me! I am so happy that I found Dr. McDonough and East Coast Dental. I had an appointment for tomorrow, but could no longer stand the level of pain I was experiencing. I walked into the office at about 1:15 in the afternoon and even though Dr. McDonough was extremely busy, he found the time to take a quick look into my complaints, and give me a lecture.....a well deserved lecture. :) We made a plan to control my pain and take care of the problem and I was out of there and on my way home in relatively quick fashion.
