Everything was great up until we had to discuss things that our mechanic pointed out on a prepurchase inspection. Steve was friendly and not pushy at all about anything. He agreed to allow our mechanic to look the vehicle over prior to purchase but said he wasnt interested in having to put any work into the vehicle for things that may need attention as far as future maintenance goes. Would not recommend. Bad customer service. He discredited me and talked down about my car inspection skills. I was doing my due diligence and asked if i can have one of my mechanic, who worked 10 min away, inspect the vehicle. He responded with, do you even have the money to buy this vehicle? And made an excuse about insurance. I have never seen a car salesman who did not want to sell a vehicle.
This place is a joke when it comes to looking at car. The car i went to look at a truck. The salesman is like pressuring me to buy it. When i went to look over the car and just state that this is not work and why is this like that. The sales man actually got annoyed and said why you are just nick picking this whole car. Well of course if i am going to buy a car I would. Who wouldnt inspect the car before buying. Good thing i didnt buy the other person is having issue with the car they bought from you guys.
