The staff at EMV is as fabulous as the Dr. I've been coming here for years and recommend them to everyone.
The staff was exceptional from the start. Very pleased with they're friendly disposition and excellent customer service. They were extremely helpful answered all of our questions and even added a lot of information that we didn't even know to ask so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a vision clinic. It is definitely an amazing clinic that will not disappoint.
Went there today for the first time because I found out they carry "stay puts" for my son's glasses. So happy with the customer service they provided. From the person answering the phone to the one who helped me. Thank you so much!
I've been going to EMVC for years! Dr. Day is a GREAT Doctor. He really takes the time to thoroughly go over your exam and answer all the questions you have. He never rushes you or wants you to feel rushed. He spends quality time with his patients to make sure they are taken care of. The selection of glasses and sunglasses are great. We always get my sons glasses here and the staff is amazing! Front staff is courteous and the technicians are so good with kids and helpful finding frames that fit just right.
Amazing medical care and customer service! A specific example of exemplary customer service: My son broke his glasses last night and I was able to tape them together until this morning. We went in and they said they were under warranty and could order a new pair. Then the optician realized that there was a pair of the same design in stock, and swapped his lenses on the spot. We were thrilled and grateful.
