Just had my first visit with you and I'm so impressed! Dr. Day was beyond nice, so professional and personable, and the staff were so friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Kylie, (hope I spelled her name correctly) the technician who performed the scans on my eyes, was also very nice and informative. I am so happy I found this clinic and look forward to having all of my eye care here in the future. Thank you!
Fantastic appointment, I wish I had found this great team sooner. Dr.Day is very thorough and everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Also great selection of current frames to choose from.
Dr. Day is so calming. I never feel rushed and always have all my questions answered. He’s a very caring Dr. I’m so glad to have found him and his staff at East Main vision!
Caring staff. Diverse inventory. State of the art instrumentation and treatments.
Like family. They (Dr Day and staff) make sure you understand treatment and treatment options. Not rushed. Have been a patient since the doors opened. We were so pleased with Dr Day’s thoroughness we followed him from another location.
I’m am so beyond disappointed that after being loyal patients of 12 years, the way I found out you were dropping our insurance (as of July 1st), was when I called to make an appointment. Our son is almost out of contacts, (has 12 pairs left) and should be taken care of under your “plan” with the daily’s.....yet all I got was an I’m sorry, the dr didn’t feel like it’s profitable to stay with your insurance anymore.
