I didn't truly believe it until I experienced it for myself!!!! All the hype is 100% true! THIS CLINIC IS AWESOME!!! From the friendliest and most professional front desk ladies to the exam gal who took pictures and measurements to Dr. Day and his "calm, cool, love what I do" vibe! The quality of my new glasses are great not to mention the selection to choose from. Kirstin gave her personal opinions on looks that work best for me with my face shape.... The service which I have received here at the East Main Vision Center is impeccable and stands out above and beyond any other eye clinic I have ever visited! Great service, great people, great selection of glasses (oh, and refreshments too)!
Love this place. Was just in today as my glasses just didn't seem right. They took me right in and changed things to make them right. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend East main vision !
I work near East Main Vision, but my regular optician is in Tacoma where I live. Today I lost a contact somehow and had no backup supply at work. My optician called East Main and they very generously gave me a trial lens and solution so I could finish the day and drive home safely! What a great office! If you are in Puyallup area and need contacts or glasses, give them a try. Their service is superior. Thank you!
I have been coming to East Main Vision Clinic for about 10 years now. They always do their best to work me in as quickly as possible, even when I wait til the last minute to get new glasses. They are always thorough in their exams and have the latest technology to check for eye problems like cataracts, glaucoma, etc. They are always willing to go the extra mile for their clients and I appreciate that so much. I highly recommend both Dr Day and Dr Bernstein.
Everyone there is amazing! The really care about there patients ❤️
The staff is amazing and Dr Day is always on time but I never feel rushed.
