I lived at East Main for a year during college and it was the best place to live in Murfreesboro. I have lived at 3 other apartments around MTSU and this one is far better. As an MTSU student there is NO better location for apartments. I loved it.
These are by far the cleanest and nicest apartments around MTSU! The staff is amazing!! 😊
I moved here my senior year and I absolutely loved it. Compared to the other apartments I've lived in throughout college, this was by far the best. Everything was new, clean, and had such a convenient location to campus. The management was always so friendly and caring and the maintenance guys were consistent and punctual at making the residents a priority. I highly recommend this apartment for any students looking for a place to live.

Best place I've lived in my college career! Everyone is so friendly and down to help whenever. Kate is FANTASTIC! She is always smiling and willing to help you with whatever. Cory is also great and always super friendly! The quality of the apartments is outstanding and SO convenient to be able to walk to campus and not have to worry about parking. Overall, it's a 10/10 WOULD def recommend. Shoutout EMQ
Your own bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, AND a/c. Love this place. I would definitely recommend everyone to this place!
Love it here so far! Only dislike was the mattress is bad for my back so I just ordered my own!! The staff are awesome, the units are beautiful and clean and the maintenance guy is quick and very helpful! Kate has been a great resource and very helpful getting me moved in!! Kate has done a phenomenal job taking over managing it! All previous issues are resolved!!
UPDATE July '17: Move out day was as good as move-in. My son had a great year here, used the workout room regularly, and enjoyed being able to ride his bike or longboard to school and not deal with parking. Highly recommend. Move-in day went very smoothly, apartments are large and within walking distance to MTSU.
