East Main should be ashamed. How can you keep making promises without showing any progress? Totally unacceptable to pay rent for an apartment that is really not going to be fixed! I am so disappointed, I talked with the new manager in the office and was assured that everything was being taken care of. I need to escalate this to whoever is really in charge. I see there are several residents complaining about the same thing. Has anyone contacted code enforcement?

They allowed mold to manifest in my apartment, and then their insurance made me wait months after failing a claim with plenty of pictures of the mold on at $2000 worth of my stuff to tell me they don’t cover mold.
They will charge you utility overages that arent correct.
RecommendedI have been here for almost 2 years and in the beginning I hated it because the management at that point didn't do anything to make things right. Now we have Laura and she is amazing! She is very responsive to any issues and always makes sure we are all notified of any important information. I have renewed my lease for another year and have no plans of leaving anytime soon.
Great place to live. Comes with all the amenities you could ask for as a college student, your own room, sitting area, cable, WiFi and close to campus. Laura and the others in the office work hard to make sure you feel at home.
