    I thought the office and dentist were great. Everyone was thorough and very pleasant. Surprisingly, a trip to the dentist was a good experience.

    Dr Chang and her staff are very friendly and caring. My whole family love to go to their office. We enjoy the massage chair and TV while have our dental procedures done. You get to choose your favorite TV shows or movies to watch. Totally relaxing especially for my kids who normally don't like to go to dental office that much.

    I was extremely happy with East Hills Dentistry! I had not been to the dentist in more years then I care to count. I finally made an appointment with East Hills and was pleasantly surprised with how nice the office is and that they are using the latest technology. The greatest praise I have is for the office staff, they made the experience easy. No hassel and very friendly.

    I am really thankful that Dr. Chang agreed to see me on short notice. She is very patient, thorough and detail minded. She even caught a tooth problem that I did not go in to see her for and provided me with solutions that can save my tooth. I am really glad that I came in to see Dr. Chang. Both she and her staff are great at working with the patients at every aspect. Last but not the least, the office is totally top notch equipped with the most up-to-date dental equipment which makes diagnostic decisions accurate. It is a truly clean and beautiful office.

    I knocked a star off because of some novocain problems specific to myself that we had. But the rest of the experience was great, I was seated right away, Dr. Chang took the time to explain everything she was doing. The rest of the staff was courteous and all my questions were answered.
