I went in for an extraction of wisdom tooth. The staff was very polite and helpful. The Doctor took time to explain the procedure and answered all the questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience.
Listen to me.....everyone in earshot of this review. I am a 9 year ex NFL veteran who has a mouthful of cracked teeth....part of the job. When I was a child, the dentist that I went to gave me NO Novocaine and I had to sit and take the pain of him drilling my cavities. Needless to say, I developed a true phobia of dentists. I just got 3 of my Amalgam fillings replaced and from the moment I came in until I left it was just an awesome experience, first I started with a chair Massage then I was asked what channel or show I wanted to watch as they have Netflix and Hulu while working on your teeth. The replacement of the Amalgam only took about 1 hr and one of them was a big filling. Great! Friendly staff, massage chairs, got to catch up on my favorite TV Series while I was having my teeth cleaned, got to practice my mandarin too! haha Overall good experience!
My experience as a patient at East Hills Dentistry was exceptional from beginning to end. I definitely feel I have found my new "Favorite Dentist"! Dr. Chang took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. I felt completely pampered and my dental needs were met with exceptional skill and friendliness. Actually looking forward to my next appointment!

This is an excellent place to get your dental work done. The staff is very friendly and they have state-of-the-art equipment. You can watch TV AND get a massage while getting your teeth cleaned. It's awesome!!
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at East Hills Family Dentistry. Like most people, I do not like going to the dentist, but the dental work I received by Dr. Chang was the best I ever had. The massage chairs and the distraction of watching a TV show on Hulu Plus during my dental work was definitely a bonus, but what was far more superior was the level of service I received.
