I had to wait 45 min to pick up a order that was placed 30 min prior. They had no remorse or offered no help for an order they could not find. It was literally like pulling teeth for hem to tell me my order could not be found. The only reason I waited was because I had already paid online and could not cancel it. We eat here regularly but I’ve had it after this. They should have made it right but they could have cared less.

Every single time I have been here I have had nothing but good service, a good experience and very friendly waitresses, even when busy they still made sure people were taken care if, not sure why people keep writing shitty reviews... have been going here for the past 6 years and maybe only had one bad experience but it was football night so I understood why it took so long. Again great service, great people, friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent food, excellent service. Will definitely eat her again

The only good thing was that we got our first drink quickly. Appitizer came after we got our meal. had a hard time getting napkins. Did not get the sides that we were supposed to get. No one seemed concerned we will not be back.
Appetizer came after meal. We never got celery and carrots. Had ask twice for napkins. Ran out of large beer glasses so was given big and small glass to make the difference. Will not be back.
