Excellent service /food was hot and tasty when servered /drinks were refreshed and served as ordered/ the restaurant needs to be renovated for a cleaner look.
Waited 45 minutes and had to ask if we had been forgotten. They brought the food immediately and it was luke warm. You could tell it had been setting for awhile.

This is the worst ECW around. The staff is rude and they don't understand how to do their job or customer service. Requested a call from the owner on Saturday. Today is Wednesday and I have not received the call. Guess the problem starts at the top! Will never patronize this location again.
Their food was so salty I could not eat it. Plus it was overpriced.
I come here all the time bit the past few times have not been great. Last night was it. We went in about 845 and they were not busy. At 940 we still didn't have our food. We told the server we were leaving and he said oh it will be out in a min we are waiting on Chips. We paid for our soda and left. You have probably lost some loyal customers because this is unacceptable.
