Used to frequent this place a lot every week used to come on Mondays most staff were really nice but we had about three really bad experiences there the last one my fiance found a bug in her sandwich the owner never even came over to talk to us we paid for two beers and have never been back... each of those three bad experiences the owner never spoke to us about the situation or never offered any kind of help

20 Feb 2016. For the umpteenth time I had to "argue" with a server over condiments which accompany their Buffalitas. PER THEIR MENU, this entree comes with salsa and pico de gallo. Yet, I repeatedly am required to ask for pico and tonight's server stated that pico was for the Buffalajita Bowls. I asked to bring me a menu so I could clarify that pico was included PER THEIR MENU. After sitting at our table for about 15 minutes, my fiancee and I left and went to Elizabeth's pizza. Not one waitress spoke to us. We never even got asked what we wanted to drink. On our way to the door a waitress said "have a nice evening", not even recognizing that we never got drink, food, or that we were carrying our menus back to the hostess. I gave 2 stars to be generous.
Didn't know that one place could mess up so much in a half hour.

Just sat on hold for about 9 and a half minutes waiting on someone to take my order over the phone after they asked if I could wait. Then someone just picked up and hung up. Thanks.

I ate there Monday night, food was good, but was not hot. Could tell my boneless wings and chips had sat back there for a while before brought out to me. Or were pre cooked and just added the honey barbecue sauce.
Wayyyyy overcooked wings. Manager blew me off. I will never go back.
