Put in an online order and was given a time when it would be done. Got there to pick it up and had to wait another 40 minutes to get our food. the staff was unfriendly, unpleasant, not helpful and acted as if we were a burden to them. Food is cold also.

wanted wings and decided to try east coast tonight. got seated immediately set there for 15 minutes had several waitresses walk by but never asked have we been served had we got our drinks ordered. when another family walked in and seated immediately and the waitress approached them immediately and ask them for their drinks. my family and I got up and went to the hostess stand inform them that we have yet to be served to come to find out the waitress for our area had went home. at 8:15 on a Saturday night we didn't have time... read more
Horrible service. Sat at a table for 25 minutes and never received service. When we told someone about this she told us the waiter was slow. Then spoke to the manager who was very rude and wasn't going to send anyone over. We left and the manager kept running her mouth even as we were leaving. Won't step foot in there again.

Unfortunately, it has taken a little bit longer than expected to get the AC unit serviced due to the high temperatures that we are currently experiencing. We appreciate your patience as we work to get the AC unit fixed as quickly as possible.
I’m really disappointed in how bad the service has gotten. Yesterday I did a to go order. Polynesian wrap and tenders. I waited almost an hour to get my food. Nobody was concerned with time or wasting mine. But I decided to give it another chance, figured it was just an off day. Went hoping to enjoy some wings and pretzels with pub cheese. Got to our seat, floor was soaking wet and no one came to take any drink orders. After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged, we left.
