Yesterday we ate at here. We ordered the wing special. We got the celery and carrots which were awful discolored and water logged. Asked for a fresh order and they were pretty much the same. Wings seemed like they were older and had been cooked and refried. This is not usually what we have gotten at this east coast wings. Very disappointed in the food this time. 😥😥

I ordered the 25 wing family pack. Sante Fe mild all flats. The order was not right. They gave us Sriracha. Called and the girl told us to come back up there with the wings and ask for a manager. Told them what happened, they took the wings and went to the back. They gave us Sante fe wings but the heat was not mild. I'm literally drinking milk because my mouth is burning. Never had an issue with this store until today. At this point I want a refund. I don't want to be put in the books for a next order.

Recommendedservice friendly good food
Ordered pickup. EXTREMELY slow service, cold and not that good food, and order not right. Would expect food to be good, hot, and correct for a 45-50 min wait (supposed to have been 25) Probably will not be back

Very bad service was sat outside and waited over 15 mins with no drinks and was told to leave ”Bc we didn’t tip last time"

Do NOT recommend! Me and seven friends were seated on the patio and waited for 15-20 minutes for a server to come by and take our drink and food order. We were then told by a staff member that we were "banned" for "not" tipping during our last visit. She then singled out one of our friends by describing his vehicle. We used to dine in at this location 2-4 times a week and recently haven't been in a couple months because we burned ourselves out on it. We do not appreciate how we were treated tonight! went last weekend and got wings to go and they were so dry they weren’t edible so i called and let them know - never could speak to the manager because she was ‘busy’ but they had the girl on the phone in the middle of the conversation - anyway they said they would replace them so i agreed - today i call in my replacement wings, and chose another flavor and was told they’re out of bone in so i asked for boneless instead. i get there and was told they ‘found’ more and made mine bone in. it took them 30 minutes to make 15 wing... read more
