HORRIBLE service experience. Bought my car there coming up from Charleston to get it 2 years ago. I stopped in today on my way to NC because my phone lost pairing with the car. Did they have a tech look at it? Nope; they sent a salesman. He offered to reset it but apparently it. resets everything and locked up. I asked for a tech to let me know of it was safe to turn it off, but there was none available as they ALL GO TO LUNCH AT THE SAME TIME! The service scheduler said it was easier...for who? THEM! Went there with my girlfriend to see what they had as she was in the market for a new car.
