RecommendedJust bought a VW Atlas from Jesse Sprouse and couldn’t be happier. After looking around a few dealerships my wife ended up loving the Atlas. Jesse was informative, tentative, and patient with our questions and search. At no point did he make us feel pressured like other dealerships, but instead installed a calm environment that was greatly appreciated. First VW ever purchased, wont be the last.

RecommendedAll around great customer service at East Coast Volkswagen. Picked up my employee courtesy lease today with Tommy and Lou/Emil made sure everything was all set with my new car. I've picked up multiple lease cars here before and have always been provided with excellent customer service in the dealership as well as making sure everything is going well a week after the pickup.
