yall should really be more honest and not so shady. They "fixed" my car. charged me $518 to fix a Serpentine belt. When we came to pick it up my battery was dead and they had to jump start it. They did not tell me I'd need a battery. They told me to drive it around to give it juice.. I took to my husband job turned it off and it would not start. We had to jump start it to get it back to Volkswagen where they told us we would have to pay for a new battery. I just got a new bat… See more
These guys in the service department are great! No matter how many questions I have, they are polite and professional. I don’t think I have ever encountered a nicer group of guys than this crew.
Our sales guy Marc was very friendly & professional. We didn’t feel pressured at any point; in fact, everyone we talked to just wanted to help. This was the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend East Coast VW.

Brian and the entire staff were excellent to work with.
Very great, excellent customer service, greater with water and a mask(messed up and forgot mine). Overall quick and clean process (took about 3hrs) as well as the excellent trade value of the vehicle I traded. Would recommend anyone with a decent credit line, and a nice condition car, to trade up to Volkswagon status.
