Awful experience with David who could definitely benefit from some training on how to appropriately communicate with current tenants. One of the worst and least professional interactions I’ve had over text in a long time.
Not trustable! I worked with an Asian female broker. She lied on many things. Be careful with what they say, especially if you are not going to see the apartment onsite.
Dan Briggs from East Coast Realty was amazing! He reached out shortly after I first inquired about one of the properties. He helped us find properties that fit our price range, location and other criteria. We were able to view five different properties in 30 min! I was looking for an apartment in the Brighton/ Brookline area and saw a post on Craigslist from Dan Briggs. He was extremely helpful and very honest about how quickly apartments in the area were filling up, especially for a June move in date. He set us up with an appointment to view an apartment the next day and within 2 days the place was ours.
